Current purchases: one-time orders

As of September 18, 2026, PepNStep offers one-time purchases. The Retinol and Peptide Face Serum is $79 per 30 ml bottle, with no automatic refill or recurring charge. Complementary products are optional and sold separately. Our previous subscription bundles are no longer offered for new purchases.

Historical subscription purchases

The terms below are retained for purchases made under our previous subscription offer. They do not enroll a current one-time purchase in a subscription and do not reduce any existing cancellation or refund rights.

Previous recurring purchase terms

The 3-product routine includes Gentle Cleansing Gel, Retinol and Peptide Face Serum, and Peptide Moisturizer. The 4-product routine adds 10% Niacinamide Serum. The 6-product routine includes those four plus Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Vitamin C Serum. Each active delivery includes one of each listed product per set. Billing and delivery recur every four weeks. Your selected products, quantity, recurring price, and interval are shown before you order and at checkout. Your saved payment method is charged automatically for each renewal until you cancel. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free to eligible destinations.

The retired Night Shift Refills offer comprised three routines: the 3-product Night Shift Essentials at $197 per delivery; the 4-product Night Shift + Niacinamide at $229 per delivery; and the 6-product Day & Night Complete at $297 per delivery. Each tier has the same price on the first and subsequent deliveries, without an introductory price increase. One-time purchases do not renew.

Skip, pause, or cancel

There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. You can skip an upcoming delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel future renewals through the Subscriptions section of your customer account or by emailing hello@pepnstep.com. Make changes before your next renewal is charged. Your account shows your next renewal date.

If you contact us before renewal but we process your request after a charge occurs, we will honor the time of your request and refund that renewal. If an order has already entered fulfillment, we may not be able to stop the parcel, but your refund rights remain unchanged.

Every delivery has a 90-day refund window

You may request a refund for any reason within 90 days of delivery, including for opened or used products. There is no restocking fee, return-postage charge, or requirement to mail skincare back. Refunds cover the amount paid for the affected products and applicable taxes, as described in our Return and refund policy.

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund earlier deliveries. Request a refund separately, or ask us to cancel and refund in the same email. Asking for a refund alone does not cancel future renewals unless you also ask us to cancel.
